Cancellation Policy
✨Booking, Cancellation & Late Policy✨
🔹 A $20 deposit is required to book that goes towards the cost of your service.
🔹 Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit and the card on file will be charged.
🔹 No-shows will be charged the full cost of services to the card on file.
🔹 Appointments must be confirmed in advance.
🔹 If you’re more than 5 minutes late for a single service or 15 minutes late for multiple services, you will need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.
